CMMM Sociedade de Advogados works in the scope of labor law with specific focus in employer defense, both in prevention and litigation, by means of teams specifically created for each client. In a modern and expeditious manner, the firm’s labor law department conducts the clients’ legal and administrative proceedings, answers enquires, prepares opinions, manages liabilities to employees, by means of managerial reports and the firm’s own legal system controls.

• Litigation: made up of specific teams which monitor the proceedings from beginning to end;
• Technical: made up of attorneys specializing in different fields, working specifically in the revision of the arguments of clients of the litigation department, performance of oral arguments, as well as the study of new theories and answers to inquiries;
• Special Case Department: a special team working in cases considered special as indicated by the client or through specific analysis by the firm because of the amount involved or future repercussion of the arguments discussed in the case;
• Management of Liabilities: coordinated by professionals specializing in the administrative/financial field, with special knowledge of legal systems, working simultaneously with the legal teams, receiving copies of messages sent to the client so they are kept informed about the case, also updating the firm’s case management system and the one used by the respective client.
